Recognizing the need for Organic Cotton, KSI Textile Station India Pvt. Ltd, an Indo-German joint venture company was established, with the sole aim of fair trade in Organic Cotton Project. Through this exercise KSI Textiles Station is associated with 2 major Fair Trade Certified Cotton projects Zameen Organics and ETC-Chetana which are growing organic cotton in 3000 acres in Andhra Pradesh, Maharashtra and Orissa with 1500 small farmers.
 
  
Production Facility
KSI Textile Station India Pvt Ltd processes all the fabrics by itself and the stitching is done at a dedicated stitching facility in Tirupur Factory. The factory has a capacity of 20000 units per month. KSI produces organic weaves & denims in its Hyderabad factory with a capacity of 15000 units in woven and 40000 units of denim per month. All the production is proposed to move to the Guntur Factory from March end .

Our Production Teams
The company has a strong German technical team of designers, pattern technicians, garment technicians etc. in combination with Indian fiber, fabric & garment dyeing technicians, who have hands-on experience of 15 years in the textile processing, manufacturing segment. The teams will be jointly catering to established European brands. The Guntur factory will have the German factory manager with 16 years of experience in garment productions who has worked in Germany , China , Turkey and India . She is supported with German quality controllers, machine and garment technicians and a committed team of second level managers, merchandisers, line supervisors, finishing supervisors, packing supervisors etc. The initial production will start from 2nd week of March and the commercial productions from 2nd week of April.
